I used to do a cocktail of the week on Experiment 33 and started it off with the Manhattan, http://exp33.blogspot.com/2005/02/friday-cocktail_25.html Keep your eyes open for Vya sweet vermouth at better liquor or wine shops. It's a little pricey, but I guarantee it's worth it.
