i was getting so frustrated by potty training, and having to stay home the week of spring break and save money, that i took my frustration out on pulling ivy. it was pouring down rain, but i persisted, just ripping away. i used the kids' tiny camping chairs, and sat on a piece of plastic. the kids played in the garage & around the outside of the house while i worked. there is still plenty of ivy left, but i'm proud of what i began. the weather is supposed to turn nice, so i'll try to get more of it pulled. it's definitely easier after a heavy rain.
