Pardon me, Mother Dearest, but could bless me with the most meager of favors, and kindly not draw attention to me at a moment, such as this one, when I may be involved in somewhat delicate matters? Despite the enormity of the effort that this undertaking requires on my part, prudence and decency do dictate that I keep this little magnum opus of mine, oh, shall we say, "under wraps"? Really I do find it would be in the best interest of your audience for them to remain incognisant of this troublesome toil upon which I am currently dedicating my resources, for, as you know, the uninitiated or, perhaps, bourgeois, spectator may simply not be ready to experience the gravity and magnitude of such a monumental 'piece de resistance'.
